What is the return process?
If you are returning the items due to a change of mind, you must specify the reason for the return. Additionally, you must also pay the return delivery cost. After we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 working days.
Return and exchange policy
All returns and exchanges are subject to a 7-days upon receipt of order, subject to the terms and conditions. If you have received a defective or damaged products, please send photos and videos of the defective or damaged areas. We will send you a replacement within 5 to 7 working days.
